2006 Battle of Bosworth The War of the Rose Dry Rose Cabernet Sauvignon

This wine is ‘Australian Certified Organic’. Translucent deep damask pink colour with mauve damask hue. Restrained nose with delicate raspberry and cassis top note, followed by a hint of sherbet and confectionary. Fine, dryish tannins. Excellent balance. Aftertaste of confectionary, cassis and plum.
