2006 Battle of Bosworth Shiraz

Opaque black crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Superb nose of violet, ripe plum, vanilla, spice and blackberry, showing excellent varietal character. The palate has excellent weight and mouthfeel – classic joosy McLaren Vale. Layers of vanilla, plum and spice are evident over a black pepper back palate. Fine grained, perfectly balanced tannins. Very long aftertaste of vanilla, plum, liquorice and black pepper.
