2005 Yeringberg Shiraz

An elegant cool climate Shiraz. Medium body, with crimson mauve purple colour and mauve purple hue. Delicate top note confectionary followed by a hint of violet and ripe plum, finishing with a delicate blackberry end note. On the palate flavours of liquorice and light mocha are overlaid with flavours of blackberry and plum. Fine soft tannins. White pepper flavours appear. Aftertaste of light mocha, dark chocolate and plum.
