2005 Yalumba Galway Vintage Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Lifted nose of spice and plum, followed by a hint of liquorice and blackberry, showing very good varietal character. The palate has good weight and mouthfeel – with flavours of stewed fruit and liquorice. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance, with a long spicy aftertaste. A top quaffer.
