2005 Woodstock Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon

Produced from a blend of 70% Shiraz and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon. Dark red crimson colour with brick red hue. The nose displays aromas of stewed fruits, liquorice and confectionary followed by some leathery end notes. Medium to full bodied palate with flavours of stewed plum, spice and dark chocolate with a touch of pepper on the back palate. Fine grained tannin structure with aftertaste of spice, plum and cedar.
Drink now or cellar a further 1-2 years (2009-2011)
