2005 Wolf Blass Gold Label Shiraz Viognier

An impressive red. Opaque black purple colour with purple hue. Lifted nose of spice, blackberry, dried apricot and liquorice, delivering an intense sniff. On the palate, flavours of dried apricot, liquorice and plum emerge, with milk chocolate back palate flavours. Fine grained tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of spice, liquorice, plum and milk chocolate.
