2005 Voyager Estate Girt By Sea Cabernet Merlot

Bright deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. The wine is composed of 44% Cabernet Sauvignon, 42% Merlot, 9% Shiraz and 5% Malbec.
Top note of spice, followed by cassis, cigar box and cedar, with a blackcurrant end note. There is a just hint of tea leaf emerging. The palate is quite dry, with chalky tannins. Flavours of plum, blackcurrant and cassis emerge with dry chalky tannins persisting.
