Bright straw colour with water like hue. Strong top note of biscuit, followed by honeycomb, yeast lees and cashew with obvious barrel ferment characters. The palate reveals flavours of citrus, yeast lees and honeycomb over a creamy textured background. Good palate weight. Aftertaste of spice and citrus.
