2005 Turners Crossing Cabernet Savignon

Very deep brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of leather, followed by blackcurrant, spice, white pepper and truffle. End notes of dark chocolate and liquorice all sorts. The palate displays flavours of truffle, dark chocolate and blackcurrant. Excellent weight. There is a touch of mint on the back palate. Velvet tannins. Very long aftertaste of blackcurrant, spice, liquorice and white pepper.
