2005 Trentham Heathcote Shiraz

This wine is made by Tony Murphy from Trentham Estate and forms part of his regional collection. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of blackberry followed by spice, vanilla and violets, delivering a perfumed sniff, showing typical Heathcote character. On the palate flavours of plum, spice, vanilla and black pepper emerge. Fine grained tannins, soft, spicy, plum and black pepper aftertaste.
