2005 Tim Adams Clare Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour. Superb nose with lime top notes, followed by orange blossom and tropical fruit. Lemon flavours dominate the palate, giving the wine a sense of precision. Back palate flavours of lime, orange and mandarin emerge. Crisp acid finish. Long lemon aftertaste.
