2005 Tigress Bay of Fires Pinot Noir

An outstanding Tasmanian Pinot. Translucent crimson colour with crimson mauve hue. Superb nose – with top notes of violets, black cherry, strawberry and truffle, showing excellent varietal character. Moderate power wave on the palate with flavours of strawberry jam, spice and black cherry. Velvet smooth tannins. Aftertaste of cherry and spice.
