2005 The Wilson Vineyard Hand Plunge Shiraz

An impressive Shiraz. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue, showing excellent cling to the glass. Top note of plum, spice and mocha, followed by a hint of black pepper. The palate flavours are very generous with spice, black pepper, plum and mocha flavours evident. Fine grained tannins, balanced but persistent. Aftertaste of plum and mocha.
