Bright pale gold colour with straw hue – showing good bottle development. Top note of butterscotch, yeast lees, cashew and hazelnut with a hint of honeycomb. Creamy palate structure, with flavours of butterscotch, spice and yeast lees showing barrel ferment characteristics. The acidity is still holding up. Clean finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees and butterscotch.
