2005 Swings & Roundabouts Tempranillo

Opaque black purple colour with deep purple hue. Lifted nose of morello cherry, liquorice, spice and black pepper. The palate is big and joosy, showing many of the great qualities that Gemtree Bloodstone Tempranillo showed. Full bodied, with excellent weight. On the palate, distinct morello cherry, tar and liquorice flavours emerge. Excellent length and depth. Fine grained, dry tannins. Long aftertaste of blackberry, tar and liquorice.
