2005 Summerfield Shiraz

Opaque black, crimson colour with black purple crimson hue. Perfumed nose with impressive lift of spice, violet, vanilla, blackberry, ripe plum and liquorice. The palate has a burst of toasted oak followed by black pepper, blackberry and plum. Fine grained tannins, with spice and stewed fruit emerging on the back palate. Aftertaste of inky plum and stewed fruit.
