2005 Stevens Family Shiraz

This wine has been matured for 15 months in French and American oak. Medium body, crimson purple colour with crimson purple hue. Top note of spice followed by liquorice allsorts, plum and vanilla with an earthy end note. The palate has light flavours of earth, spice and leather. The flavour profile is relatively light – this is an elegant style. Fine grained tannins. A light red with earthy overtones.
