2005 Star Lane Vineyard Shiraz

Star Lane wines are made by Liz Barnes who is assisted by the very famous Rick Kinzbrunner of Giaconda. Opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Superb perfumed nose of violets, cedar, blackberry and vanilla, followed by spice and confectionary end notes. The palate reveals flavours of plum, spice and confectionary – a restrained style, showing elegant and sophisticated structure. Fine dry tannins, perfect balance. Aftertaste of plum, spice and confectionary.
