2005 Silverwood Estate Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with water like hue. Delicate nose, with top notes of spice and yeast lees followed by tropical fruit, light honeycomb and cashew. The palate is drier than the nose suggests with a touch of grapefruit followed by yeast lees and cashew. Clean acid finish. Aftertaste of yeast lees, grapefruit and strong spice.
