2005 Sevenhill Inigo Shiraz

Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson hue. Top note of stewed plum and vanilla, followed by spice and violets. The palate is a joy and very reminiscent of the 2002 Jacobs Creek Centenary Hill Shiraz (that’s now all sold out and at twice the price). Excellent weight and mouthfeel. Powerful flavours of black pepper, plum, blackberry, spice and confectionary over a distinct vanilla background. Fine grained tannins, mouthfilling flavours which run well into the aftertaste.
