2005 Schloss Vollrads Kabinett Halbtrocken Riesling

Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Delicate nose with light top note of spice and tropical fruit. The palate is showing some signs of early development with flavours of honey, light toast, tropical fruit and a hint of ripe apple on the back palate. Clean acid finish. The wine is in a transition phase and will evolve over the next few years.
