2005 Schild Estate Wines Alma Schild Reserve Chardonnay

Brilliant pale gold colour with pale gold hue. The nose delivers impressive barrel ferment character with aromas of yeast lees, honeycomb and hazelnut. The palate reveals a hint of lemon over a touch of butterscotch and yeast lees with a honeycomb back palate. Creamy texture. Short flavour profile. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of honeycomb and butterscotch.
