Bright straw colour with a tinge of green and pale straw hue. The nose displays aromas of lemon, light honeysuckle, toast and spice. The palate displays good depth with mouthfilling flavours of citrus, toast, light honeyed characters and spice. Clean crisp dry finish – the acidity is still holding up well. Long citrus, toast and spice aftertaste.
