An impressive elegant Shiraz. Medium body. Top note of vanilla, followed by spice and plum, showing fine cool climate character. The palate reflects the elegance of the nose with flavours of light liquorice, spice and vanilla. Fine grained tannins. Aftertaste of liquorice, plum, vanilla and spice, with spiciness persisting.
