2005 Plantation Jamaica Rum (700ml)

After ageing 12 years in x Bourbon casks, this was finished for twelve months in an x Cognac cask in Pierre Ferrand's cellars in France before bottling in 2018. Described as an "ancestral Jamaican style" it went through a long fermentation and a 100% pot still distillation with rums sourced from both the Long Pond and Clarendon distilleries. Expect aromas and flavours of banana, prune, roasting coffee, spice and raisin notes. 45.2% Alc./Vol. Very limited stocks.
