2005 Plantagenet Cabernet Sauvignon

Deep crimson red colour with crimson mauve hue. Classic cabernet nose dominated by violets, cassis and cedar with a touch of cigar box and tobacco evident. Medium to full bodied with flavours of ripe blackcurrant, spice and cedar. Fine grained dryish tannins, slightly chalky. Moderate depth with relatively short aftertaste.
