2005 Pitchfork Semillon Sauvignon Blanc

An odd labelling approach that just might appeal to the fashion conscious young mums, featuring a designer dress slung over the shoulders of a pitchfork. Brilliant water like colour with water like hue. Delicate nose, with gooseberry top notes followed by refined tropical fruit end notes. The palate is on the light side with flavours of gooseberry and tropical fruit followed by a hint of aniseed. Clean finish with aniseed persisting into the aftertaste.
