2005 Pin Pin Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque black dark red colour with a very dark brick red hue. Lifted aromas of blackcurrant infused with black olives are followed by cigar box, scorched earth and spice. At 10 years of age the palate still possesses good richness but is beginning to dry out towards the finish. Flavours of blackcurrant, black olives, cigar box, scorched earth and spice. Dry firmish tannins with an aftertaste of black olives, cigar box, scorched earth and spicy leather.
Drink over the next 2-3 years.
