2005 Peter Lehmann Wigan Riesling

Brilliant pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge around the edges and watery hue. The nose displays lifted top notes of lemon and toast followed by some spice with just a hint of kerosene and honey beginning to emerge. Possessing good acid structure for extended cellaring the palate displays flavours of lemon, toast, lime and spice with toasted honey characters persisting onto the back palate. Dry crisp steely finish. Excellent length with long aftertaste of lemon, lime, toasted honey and spice.
Cellar a further 4-5 years (2015-2016).
