2005 Pauletts Riesling

An impressive Riesling with dominant lemon character. Bright straw colour with pale straw hue. Lifted nose of lime, rosepetal and spice. The palate flavours will continue to develop – flavours of lemon and lime emerge, followed by a hint of ripe mandarin on the back palate. Crisp acid finish. Aftertaste of lime and lemon.
