The Ginglinger family have been growing grapes in Eguisheim since 1636. The area is referred to as the cradle of Alsacian viticulture. The vineyards are south facing, located on hillsides with chalky soils and a warm, dry micro-climate with lots of sunshine. Ginglinger also owns 12 hectares of their own Domaines.

Bright, pale gold colour with straw hue. Classic Gewürztraminer nose. Top note of lychee, honeycomb and spice, delivering an impressive sniff and showing strong varietal character. Full bodied palate, almost tardive like with very good depth and flavour, but not overpowering. Flavours of honey, ripe lychee and spice. Creamy texture. Clean finish. Soft acid finish. Aftertaste of honey and lychee.
