2005 O'Leary Walker Cabernet Sauvignon

The Cabernet fruit for this wine has been sourced from the Armagh and Polish Hill districts of the Clare Valley. Very deep almost opaque black crimson colour with black crimson hue. Top note of cedar followed by blackcurrant, a hint of liquorice and tea leaf. The palate delivers flavours of blackcurrant, cedar and cigar box, followed by tea leaf on the back palate. Fine dry tannins. Cedar and cigar box aftertaste.
