2005 Narkoojee Reserve Chardonnay

The climate of Gippsland can be described as cool and wet, with only minor variations being evident in the sub-districts. Narkoojee is located on the Eastern edge of Gippsland, with the climate being more moderate than that of South and West Gippsland.

Brilliant pale gold colour with straw hue. Perfumed nose with honeycomb top notes followed by cashew, biscuit and yeast lees. Creamy palate texture, revealing the complex nature of this wine. Layers of cashew, biscuit, yeast lees and toasted oak. Outstanding length and depth. Clean finish. Very long aftertaste of yeast lees, cashew, biscuit and honeycomb.
