2005 Mount Camel Ridge Cabernet Sauvignon

Mount Camel Ridge is located on the Eastern face of Mount Camel. The colour is surprisingly light for a Heathcote red, semi translucent, with crimson colour and crimson hue. The nose displays a hint of blackcurrant, followed by spice, cedar and cassis. The palate flavour profile is relatively light. Fine dryish tannins. Aftertaste of stewed plum.
