2005 Mount Camel Estate Shiraz

Deep purple crimson red colour with deep crimson mauve hue. The nose exhibits aromas of ripe plum, spice, liquorice allsorts and confectionary. Full bodied with generous flavours of ripe plum, blackberry, liquorice allsorts, vanilla and confectionary – mouthfilling. Excellent length. Velvet tannin structure with long aftertaste of ripe plum, aniseed, spice and blackpepper. A top example of an everyday drinking entry level Heathcote Shiraz. Drink now or cellar a further 1-2 years (2009-2011)
