Vibrant mauve crimson colour with mauve hue. Medium body. Lifted, aromatic nose of spice, strawberry, dark cherry and strawberry jam. The palate is fruit driven, with a layer of aniseed over ripe cherry and strawberry. Moderate power wave. Soft tannins. Long spicy, liquorice and cherry aftertaste. An excellent early drinking style with distinct varietal flavour.
