Bright straw colour with water like hue. Aroma of light hazelnut followed by a touch of cashew, citrus and yeast lees. On the palate, flavours of yeast lees, citrus, cashew and biscuit emerge. The acidity is on the high side. Aftertaste of citrus, lemon and yeast lees.
