Bright pale straw colour with slight greenish tinge and watery hue. Lifted aromas of lemon and toast followed by some spice and light kerosene overtones. A strong acid backbone provides the wine with great structure. Concentrated palate flavours of lemon, lime and spice with a toasty overlay. Clean crisp acid finish with long aftertaste of lemon, spice and toast.
Drink now or cellar a further 4-5 years (2010-2015).
