2005 Jansz Premium Vintage Brut

The wine opens with a white creamy mousse showing good hold. Pale gold colour base wine with very fine and very persistent bead. The nose displays good intensity with lifted grapefruit top notes followed by some yeast lees, cashew and a hint of toast as an end note. The palate is fuller in style with flavours of yeast lees, grapefruit, toast and cashew. Soft creamy texture with a clean crisp dry finish. Long aftertaste of yeast lees, toast and biscuit.
Drink over the next 3-4 years (2010-2014).
