2005 Hollick Coonawarra Cabernet Sauvignon

Bright crimson colour with brick red hue. Medium body. Aroma of leather, cedar and stewed fruit with a minty end note. The palate reveals flavours of blackcurrant, white pepper and mint over a cedar and old leather background. Fine slightly chalky tannins. Aftertaste of cedar, stewed fruit, mint and leather.
