2005 Henty Estate Riesling

Bright pale straw colour with green film. Excellent aromatic nose of lime and lemon followed by floral and spice end notes. The palate flavour profile is still developing, but has much to offer in the future. Flavours of lemon and lime are dominant followed by a mandarin back palate. This is a very impressive Riesling which delivers wine lovers a carefully managed sense of austerity which will ensure excellent cellaring potential.
