An excellent example of Merlot, with classic structure, showing refinement and flavour.
Bright crimson mauve colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Aroma of blackcurrant and cedar, followed by mulberry and spice showing strong varietal character. The palate has good weight, with distinct Merlot flavour profile. Cedar, cigar box and mulberry flavours emerge. Fine grained, dryish but balanced tannins. Long aftertaste.
