2005 Hayshed Hill Cabernet Sauvignon

A disappointing effort! Medium body, crimson colour with crimson hue. Top note of cedar, followed by a hint of tea leaf and cassis. The palate flavour profile is short, with stewed fruit evident. Hard dry tannins, which run through to the aftertaste.
