2005 Greenstone Vineyard Shiraz

A perfumed Heathcote Shiraz. Very deep crimson colour with deep crimson mauve hue. Aroma of ripe blackberry followed by vanilla, black pepper and plum with a violet end note. The palate has a generous flavour profile with inky plum and black pepper dominant followed by nuances of liquorice and toasted oak. Fine grained, dryish tannins. Long inky, black pepper and plum aftertaste.
Cellar 3-4 years (2010-2011)
