2005 Forester Estate Cabernet Merlot

Bright crimson colour with crimson hue. Medium body. Lifted nose of truffle and earth followed by spice and blackcurrant. Moderate palate length with flavours of blackcurrant, light liquorice, spice and truffle. Fine dry tannins, excellent balance. Aftertaste of spice, truffle and blackcurrant.
