2005 Di Giorgio Lucindale Cabernet Sauvignon

Opaque dark brick red black colour with deep dark brick red hue. Aromas of blackcurrant and violets followed by some cedar and spearmint notes showing good varietal character. Medium to full bodied showing good richness. The palate displays flavours of blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cedar and spice. Very fine grained well integrated tannins with long aftertaste of ripe blackcurrant, dark chocolate, cedar and spice. The wine is drinking very well now but is also capable of a further 2-3 years cellaring.
Drink now or cellar 2-3 years(2010-2013)
