2005 De Lisio Catalyst Shiraz Grenache

Very deep crimson, brick red colour with brick red hue. Top note of spice, followed by raspberry, plum, stewed fruit and a hint of chocolate. The palate is fully developed. Flavours of raspberry, spice, cedar and stewed fruit. Spicy raspberry back palate. Fine grained balanced tannins. Aftertaste of stewed fruit, plum, raspberry and cedar.
