An excellent example of Noble One. Brilliant gold colour with gold straw hue. Top note of honey, followed by apricot over a layer of lemon and raisins. The palate has excellent weight, with flavours of honey, lemon and apricot over a background of caramel and toffee, followed by a layer of quince paste. Clean acid finish. Long aftertaste of lemon, quince paste, honey and caramel.
