2005 De Bortoli Hunter Valley Semillon

Bright pale straw colour with water like hue. Delicate nose of honey and honeycomb over a light spice end note. The palate flavours are light and grassy, clean with a hint of honey on the back palate. Excellent acidity. Light aftertaste of tropical fruit, followed by grassy honeycomb.
