2005 De Bortoli Gulf Station Shiraz Viognier

Very deep crimson colour with deep mauve purple hue. Top note of spice and plum, followed by white pepper and a delicate apricot end note. The apricot flavours are dominant on the palate followed by nuances of blackberry and mocha. Fine grained, dryish tannins. Aftertaste of apricot and blackberry.
